Management Consulting

There are situations where you don't know what you don't know. Your specific situation may require an organizational change, process facilitation, assessment, or any combination of diagnostic tools. Strategy Assessments

Strategy assessments (Business Strategy Assessment [BSA] and Strategic Action Planning [SAP]) validate the alignment between a function or department and the stated direction of the business. The assessment includes development of an industry value chain, a business value chain, a business systems portfolio, and a gap analysis. The output of the strategy assessments is a set of prioritized initiatives and an accompanying roadmap (a recommended course of actions.)

This is a software tool that can be used by a change agent or other trained personnel to conduct a change readiness assessment. The software is comprised of 10 areas and 73 questions that can be self-selected by practitioners.
